Hm that's a tough one again.
One of our Deutsches Reinheitsgebot (German purity law) is: basically all our beer is equally great. You'll have a hard time finding one that is really bad. Of course their are differences, but no major ones.
Since we have ~5.800-6000 different sorts of Beer here, I can only tell you which ones I like:
    (in no particular order):
    1. Einbecker Pilsener. Just a "good mouthful" beer. A relatively tart, full beer.
    2. Flensburger Pilsener. Refreshing, taste isn't too much. Good on a warm summers day.
    3. Lübzer Pils. Spicy full taste, little sour, little tart, has it all.
    4. Soester Dunkel Pils. Fruity, malty.
    5. All our well known classics, like: Becks, Warsteiner, König Pilsener etc. They are all great beers. No problem with them.

We have some cool Weißbiere (wheat beer) as well of course, crystal wheat and wheat. Erdinger, Franziskaner, Augustiner, all are good to go. However there are some little breweries, that make even better ones.

When it comes to Spain: San Miguel (but only in 0.25l bottles) or Cruzcampo. Damm Estrella is ok, but I'll rather have a Mahou though.

But the best beer in the world, hands down, is from Belgium! No shit. Boy oh boy, these guys have some GREAT sorts of beer!!!
