This what I'd tell anyone that is having confidence problems:

#1. Are you in shape? If you arent, then just start working out. Dont think about women. Just focus on improving yourself. Set a goal and go do it.

#2. Do you have a good job? If you dont, then focus on getting one. Or making money somehow. Something. If you want to be with a good looking woman, you gotta bring something to the table yourself. You have to be a success.

#3. Most importantly - what can you do FOR any woman that they might like? Thats the #1 thing. If you cant think of a good reason for any woman to be with you, then they likely wont see any either. So you gotta work on being a good person. Anybody can be a good person. Start doing charity work. Give your time to people. You may think its a dumb idea, but trust me subconsciously you'll start feeling better about yourself.

You gotta fix yourself if you want other people to be with you. But, there's no need to feel depressed at the moment if you still have things you can do or accomplish that will improve yourself. So go do those things. The women will come after that. Trust me.
