fleas on my puppy

frontline plus sucks balls. finding fleas everywhere, and im getting bites as well.

i read flea collars dont do shit. my pup is pretty picky about what he eats so he probably wont like the pills.

i will never buy frontline again. i wash him every week with flea shampoo, and put the frontline topical on his neck once a month. yet i find the fvckers crawling on him all the time.

is that K9 advantix in the topical form?

It is very important where you are buying the frontline

It is a great product

If you buy it over the counter, super market, walgreens etc it is shit.

You must buy it at the vet and spend the 20-30 bucks for the good shit

also the frontline collars are fantastic..you wont see a change for a week but when it kicks it it is like hiroshima

remember the frontline is a poison so only use it to control the problem

it is very very important when applying it- you make damn sure you are getting it on the skin not the hair..and go down the animals back bone

you are doing something wrong here..the stuff in the store for 8-12 bucks is garbage..is that your issue

advantage definitely works well.............My Rotti was infected with fleas a few years ago and one dose of advantage did the job. Go to the vet and pay the $30 though, don't buy the generic stuff that's in the stores.

its a cleaning solution the thousands of latinos have used through the years to kill fleas and ticks..you can bathe them in it

i went to the vet today on the corner..i have a few ticks myself..so I stuck 40 bucks in my top pocket and went for some front line..well dammit i did not have enough as that shit is 50 bucks

gosh darned vets want to make 20-30 bucks on each pack they sell..they are damned crooks

you try to help an animal and they take advantage of you..screw dem bastards

they had the flea collar which I gawd dang guarantee you knocks em out in a week..it was 20 bucks but i got 3 of them rascals so I gotta decide what to do tomorrow

Can't just kill the fleas on the dog, have to kill them in the house and outside in the yard. Also will need to apply anything to house and yard again in 10-11 days to kill the next batch that hasn't hatched yet.

went to the vet and got advantage for 70 bucks. they advised me to alternate brands everymonth as the fleas sometimes build up a tolerance to one. other than that I stripped the bed and washed the sheets. did not spray the yard or house. we will see what happens

If you can keep them off the dog, you should eventually get rid of them in the house to. The fleas need a host animal to survive.
