Sec Sebelius has also said she 'cant enroll' under the current wording of the law....convenient isn't it.
As of today with the news about allowing those who just got cancellation notices to forego the fine for a year....that makes 21 changes to the law 'that couldn't be changed' by the Administration. Guess what...all 21 changes were done to either exempt the supporters of the law...pad union plans...and help Dem senators up for reelection next year in crucial states giving them an out.
