just got off the phone with my cousin who is Ray's agent's doorman
Ray is going to buck the odds and make a comeback into the NFL!!!!
but get this, he is gonna come back as a punter
apparently his leg was reset into a position and angle that will make his punts be very high and effective when Balt wants to punt inside their own 45-40 yard line and pin a team inside their own 5.
