The fat bastards who are lazy as fukk will get the same healthcare as everyone else even though most people who abuse their bodies and don't exercise or eat right are poorer lower class people. The people who exercise an hour a day their whole lives and eat stuff that is green once in a while who live til they are 85+ with no serious health issues will basically be paying for fat losers their whole lives.
