GP according to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission is owned by Oldford Group which is one of the business entities involved in black friday. GP Information Services provides marketing services for Pokerstars for the Australian market, which under the current law they are unable to market to Aussie players directly, this is from the 2001 IGA law.
