    Bet365 doesnīt pay out - what can i do ?

    Hi Guys,

    maybe some has experiences with such issues - i donīt but need to get going something.

    Bet365 - normally known as a realiable and correct bookmaker doesnīt wanna process my withdrawal.

    They are delaying it since december - even though i fulfilled all their requests - i sent their postcodes, id, driver licence, bank statement, bills, id selfie etc.

    Itīs really bothering me because itīs an amount of 8k and also no winnings just deposits.

    Donīt know what to do more.

    What about this gibraltar commissioner - does it make sense to contact him?

    If you have done all that they should have either given you an explanation why your account is closed or on hold, or have told you the investigation is not yet complete?
