Stevo aka Brandon Lang v. SBR update
Several hours ago a US Federal Judge throws out Lang's 100+ complaint civil lawsuit.
The court grants SBR's motion to dismiss without prejudice citing lack of jurisdiction.
Stevo thought we would settle, they thought wrong. Now its time to pay the piper. Tomorrow SBR company lawyers will be back in court to start a long journey to recoup legal fees and court costs.
