Belmont Betting Question - Need some HELP, PLEASE

Bet #1: $1 trifecta wheel: take all(1,2,3,4,6,7,8) over 5 over all(1,2,3,4,6,7,8) = $42
Bet #2: $1 trifecta wheel: take all(1,2,3,4,6,7,8) over all(1,2,3,4,6,7,8) over 5 = $42

total cost of both bets: $84

I want to make the above bets:

I'm a novice horse better - what does the above mean? And how would I bet it on an online sports book?
Any help would be appreciated.

It's saying take 2 separate trifectas with

1st: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8
2nd: 5
3rd: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8

and

1st: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8
2nd: 1,2,3,4,6,7,8
3rd: 5

[Optional]

Not sure it will pay any better than just putting $12 each on 1,2,3,4,6,7,8 to win though.
