5 Dimes +10%?

Anyone else play in this racebook? Does the extra get added at the end of the month or something? I'm not getting any extra.

Have played in the +10% 5D book. It takes about 10-20 minutes after they grade the race and they will add the 10%. Solid race book.

I have not been getting the +10% so I e-mailed on 2/23 to ask

they finally responded yesterday

"The rebate is apply the next day, and the 10% on the same day you place the wager and only if you apply for it."

so I have to go to chat every time I win a horse wager? I did not see this in the rules.

Yeah that is not how it worked when I have used the Plus 10%. It was applied automatically. Looks like 5D has new procedures now.

turns out the tiny rebate things were from bets in the rebate racebook
+10% is separate and I still don't know how to get it

I finally had a winner in a 3 horse race and I thought that would get me some money back, but it turns out 5 Dimes voids it if less than 4 horses

wish it had told me when I bet the race

still can't get an answer about why they're not crediting it

anyone who plays there, can you show me an example from your transactions about how the +10% gets credited? I don't get anything extra.
