Default BetFirstClass feedback wanted

Has anyone here been paid from BetFirstClass (SBR rating D) lately?

In one slow-pay reported on SBR on May 6th, BetFirstClass issued the following statement via e-mail to a player that was writing about a payment requested on April 7th.
I apologize for the delay but I have been sick for the past five days and not in the office to check emails.
BFC initially claimed there was a severe language barrier issue with the player; but the player acknowledges receiving one ** from BFC already, however he is still owed another $2472.

Not playing there, but if they were able to payout via ewallets I would have thrown some cash Judges way. It's really the only thing that has kept me from playing there. To his credit, he admitted they could probably not payout in a timely fashion via these methods. If I read that his transfer opps improve--I still might throw some action his way.

CrazyLou. Never played with them( i feel no need odds / bonus) . But i have known Judge through Cappersmall for about 10 years now . There is only one thing about him He never bull shits !!! You can be his child hood friend and if you are done wrong he will never back you up . Judge is straight up ! In other words his reputation means to him more then financial needs . He could of fold a book when " Mike" was arrested and kept players funds .Then blame it on US government( Few books done this already) . Instead he moved the book ( and his family) and rented out new office . I trust Judge .
BFC should be upgraded .One slow-pay (controversial) A and B books get them (complains)at least ones a week(even pinny got 3-4 in the last 2 month) . So far every one got paid by BFC .
Best advice, visit his facility or talk to him over the phone .

I guess i asked him specific to Neteller, but your info abt MB is really pretty amazing given the other small to medium shops problems with MB and NT.

I will pass this info along to some people who can take advantage of MB.

Hi Vitalyo,

We've been trying to reach BFC via phone and e-mail.

No player wants to hear that a sportsbook manager has been under the weather and thus unable to execute a payout request; it just sounds bad, even if it's (actually) the truth.

If you can still take a deposit with your main guy sidelined at home, you better still be able to payout, and in a timely fashion.

Lou,

1000% agreed, even if it's a one man show..if that mans taking deposits, they better be paying with the same promptness.

As honest as Judge is, doesn't help them when he is out of commision for a few days. In this enviorment people are so worried of losing funds..play where YOU feel safe with amounts you feel safe worst case losing. Always advantages/disadvantages in these types of operations.

LOU,
I agree with you 100%! It should be noted though, that from day 1, betphoenix has been the exact same way. I have had multiple times when i was told that anyone who could authorize payout is out for the next few days. They always paid, but it seems ridiculous that could take deposits but not payout. We probably shouldn't try and hold BFC to a higher standard than an "industry giant with deep pockets" like betphoenix(sarcasm intended).

The player confirmed receiving $1,000 via ** on Friday May 14th.

The Judge confirmed telling the player he was sick for 5 days and hadn't been into the office or checked his e-mails. According to him, another BFC employee could have overseen the player's payout.

We'll update this thread as the player confirms receiving the remainder of his balance. As always, anyone with feedback or a complaint can write to Lou@sportsbookreview.com; or submit an official sportsbook complaint.
