Timdog, read this. Should give you some encouragement. Resolution in post 17.

https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...ast-night.html

It is a bit worrying that even in a lightly-viewed SBR thread several people have experienced the same problem. I wonder what Betonline does with the players who haven't sought SBR's help.

Even if this is resolved in your favour, you should withdraw your balance ASAP and SBR should review their rating of Betonline.

It’s not whining bud. But when your on a sportsbook you want to know your money is secure. You don’t want to have to worry about shit like this. No one wants to. Have to worry about every time they login if there money is going to be gone. I though as well 36k was chump change to a sports book

No need for that.

Have you received a reply to your complaint submission from an SBR agent?

Work with them. BOL have been good with hacker issues in the past if it does not appear to be targetted and from your side.

Yeah, the fact Betonline pay up but give no explanation hints at an inside job. You'd expect that employee(s) to be sacked and Betonline act to prevent future access. Yet, it continues to happen to other customers.

If it was a hack from outside the company, it should not happen again once vulnerability patched. Unless the vulnerability has not been found or fixed, in which case, well...

whoever did it is just a idiot. Who bets both players from the same tennis match to win the same set? Makes no sense at all.

Yeah, the actions of the person point to a script-kid type hacker just wanting a bit of fun as opposed to someone trying to steal your money.

I know nothing about hacking but I hope we are well past the time when SQL injections could hack a major sportsbook.

I go by the rule that every one of my online accounts is easily hackable if the right person wanted to do it.

I now only keep large balances on sites that have 2FA. Not sure if Betonline does, but it does prevent someone with access to usernames and passwords accessing your account.
