I'll blame Dimitrov mentally wandering the way he still does at times more than this fatigue notion that continues to be tossed around. Fatigue doesn't just show up after you dominate a tiebreak 7-1 with the mental focus he did within 5 minutes. He had a great chance game 1 with Anderson missing all 1st serves and didn't break, seems more like a mental let down than a fatigue one, although I guess one could argue they could go hand in hand.

He is like this from the begining of the match, does not have a good body posture and fresh face

Yeah, I almost hit the keyboard twice. Now we are in trouble. Still thinking of cashing out and cutting my losses short. Dimitrov can't break this guy, for whatever reason.
