Dear Forum Members,

I'm sharing my recent ordeal with Jetwin, a sports betting platform, to caution fellow users and shed light on potential issues with their services.

Jetwin seized approximately $1000 of my winnings and subjected me to sudden account lockdowns and prolonged withdrawal delays. Despite submitting all required verification documents, Jetwin provided no resolution and claimed an absurd ETA of 45-365 days for processing – is such a timeline acceptable?

Additionally, Jetwin fails to publicly display their licensing information on their site, raising further concerns about transparency and compliance.

I filed a formal complaint with Curacao eGaming, but their response is pending. If anyone knows of another governing body where I can report Jetwin's unfair practices, please share your insights and suggestions.

Thank you for your attention and appreciate any input, i am desperately in need of help.

Can someone here with the same experience help me out?

I tried to a file a complaint with Curacao CEG website but they keep telling me that the sportsbook is not under their regulation. They keep sending me this message:

Dear Sir / Madam,

Curaçao eGaming ("CEG") has received a message via its online complaint platform (the “Platform”). Unfortunately, the message does not relate to a website (Pnxbet.io) that is operated by a CEG-licensed operator (the “Operator”). Your message has therefore been dismissed. A response of the said dismissal has only been sent to the email address from which the original message has been received. As the Operator was not notified, you are encouraged to resend your message directly to the Operator, as CEG shall not be able to assist you in this matter.

This concludes the communication in this matter, which CEG now considers closed.

That's the wrong master license holder. The correct name for that one is Cyberluck Curacao.

There are four of them and they all play tricks with their operating names and wont help people find the correct license issuer.

The site says they are licensed by https://www.gaming-curacao.com/

But the validator does not work, so chances are they dont hold that one either really.
