Earlier this month I shared what I thought was a problem with MYBOOKIE delaying a payment. It was later exacerbated by an inability to speak to someone who could resolve the issue. That inability(cell phone problem) may have been on my end. I am not sure. Once I was able to speak with Butch I was told that my payout request need only be resubmitted and it would be completed. Sometime yesterday this promise was fulfilled. I can say to this point MYBOOKIE has met its obligations.
