Default DSI: You donīt get what you bet! - Video included!

This happened dozens of times to me during the last weeks.

I choose the "Accept favorable price change" or "Accept no price change" option,
i post the wager with -285 for example and after the time delay the wager was confirmed with -333 !!!

So that's it? One guy gets his bet fixed and no further investigations? How many other people do you think got screwed on this?

Sorry, but you did not answer my question. My question is how many others got screwed by this? The OP needs to contact DSI to get what he was suppose to receive in the first place. My question was how many others got screwed on odds--that cost them money--and are still owed money?

If you go to the store and an item rings up $2.00 too much, just because you fixed the price doesn't mean the issue is closed. You still owe all the other people that were charged $2.00 too much their money back. Same thing applies here.

Why say "video included" & not include the video?

We'll presume that their evading your question clearly means that they feel it's none of our business, and that we can only blame ourselves if we are robbed. How many others got robbed? All I know is that if it was just 1 other, that's 1 too many. Whether it happens inadvertently or maliciously, it's only if you know exactly where every penny is, can you protect yourself. You think they'd respond with something like, "Between X and Y days, Z number of accounts were involved, and all accounts have been notified and credited accordingly. If any account feels otherwise, to please contact ..."

Instead, I'm left with allowing heritagesports to steal $39 from me on a total disgrace, which affirms how despicably crooked the industry, and how perilous choosing to game with them is. Doesn't matter how big they are or that they have 'A' ratings, their business is taking your money by having you give it to them. Or, they'll just take it anyway, and what can you do? Or, maybe their being so big and powerful is the problem.

I'd NEVER game with heritagesports, intertops, bookmaker, betonline or bodog/bovada, speaking from my own personal experience directly with them. You will experience problems with them, sooner or later. Boycott them forever.

Pinnaclesports, BetJamaica, Sportingbet, are all books that I never had an issue with, yet are no longer available to U.S. players. Tried to give sbgglobal another chance last week, and to this day they continue to blatantly fail when it comes to a simple $200 payout request, whether they're broke or employing stalling tactics for sure avoid 'D' rated books. Tried Youwager and they hound you non-stop with solicitations. Lost Justbet on their transition woes. Who's left?

Dsi for now but have eyes wide open. Betphoenix as my next alternative. Las Vegas is # 1!

They stated three things, 1) they didnt know there was an issue currently and 2) they will look into it further 3) they will reimburse.

If they knew what the issue was immediately and had some way to see who wasn't alerted of a price change, then they wouldn't need to look into it further. That's the first step. If you buy something at the store and dont check the receipt the store isn't going to know there is a mistake. The sportsbook/store needs the player's acct ID and ticket/receipt before they can give him back the difference.

It's sucks that there is apparently a glitch in the live betting software. Its good that the player is sharing it and remind everyone to not only to check their live betting ticket at DSI but all your tickets. A lot of places are using similar live betting software and unless you are at Bet365, this stuff is relatively new across the board.
