tony is a dikk but hes very fair....that is if u can hold ur tongue while speaking with him....ive had 2 issues and hes favored me both times, and im not a losing player there either, quite the opposite...u just have to know how to handle him...and arguing (not saying u did) does NOT work he gets off on that shit and will just close ur account all together...just pick ur battles overall would be my suggestion and be in the right frame of mind even if that means being talked to like a piece of trash....i got him to laugh once (lol) and i considered that an accomplishmentI was with 5Dimes for 4 years and never had a problem until Tony started crying about the frequency of my deposits and withdrawals. Tony's main bitch was that due to the many withdrawals I made that increased the cc deposits I made as well. The cc deposits were costing him extras fees that he had to pay so at one point he basically told me if I didn't stop depositing with cc he would not pay me.
That's when I stopped wagering with 5dimes. When I got into an argument with him he basically started making threats along the lines of "now I have a problem". There is no reasoning with this guy so make sure if you play with 5dimes you never have an issue because you will not win with Tony. It's his way or the highway.
To this day I am amazed that any book would complain about paying the fees on too many cc deposits? Any book with half a brain would love to have any player deposit 100K via cc and happily pay the fees. The advantage is always with the "House". The fact that Tony cries about the fees tells me he's penny wise and dollar foolish.
