bookmaker's silly rules/restrictions

Transferred some funds from another book to open up. Doubled the money and rolled over as required (3x)...got a 5 figure balance now, but they only allow 2500 at a time withdrawals, once a week, and charge $50 for each one, not even one free payout a month or anything of the sort. I have to wait a good 2-3 months to clear out. I asked them to transfer all funds back to original book, they said "you must process 2 withdrawals first" LMAO, why? And the final nail in coffin, each book transfer, should you finally get 2 payouts and then request, costs $100 per 5k! Of course no fees coming in. I have never heard a book transfer fee. Cant wait to clear out what a joke, regret big time moving any funds here. And of course the one time I do win it happens to be these draggedy-arse books that take forever to payout. This site usually has a good grade and ringing endorsements, I for one am very displeased and wont wager another cent until all funds moved out of this joke of a payout/transfer system.

Sounds like you should have accumulated enough Betpoints to offset some of the cost of withdrawing. No?

I have 2 DC's, allowing me to withdraw 5k/week. I also get 2 free payouts every 30 days, as I'm a Diamond member.

yeah if you bet big and add up those points... only takes like 12,000 points for the 2nd tier level of rewards to offset a $50 fee for a check

DSI has same format/lines treat me much better and automatic diamond membership they offered. oh well, as long as I dont die in 2 months I guess Ill be clear. By far my fave book is heritage BTW...as for live betting on bookmaker, they use diamond sportsbook format which used to have 3rd quarter and 2nd half team total lines, now all they have is side and total, everything else "frozen" or not available. I asked them over and over again why they dont offer any more 3rd quarter live lines, in progress quarters etc. still havent gotten a clear answer. all I get is "youve come to the right place!" bull. I dont want everything perfect this is not a perfect world and I am not an amateur bettor, but their policies arent reasonable IMO Tha top...some reason my tier level not going up, they only give me gold options even after 20,000 points.

Because you need 30,000 pts to have Platinum status.

Was going to transfer 5k from another book to Bookmaker and they told me there would be a 3x rollover before I could withdraw. A penetrating 3x rollover on my own money? What a damn joke!!

Then they said I could withdraw my money from my current book and deposit with them. Like I want to do 5-6 **'s to get that type of money in their book. They can go screw themselves because it will be a cold day in hell before I put one cent in that shit book.

fees are ridiculous - you shouldn't need points to take out your own money. 1 free payout a month seems what is normal for most books. most books only need a 1x roll for transfers in. no other book charges for book to book transfers. the dc card while free from any payment to them and their cheapest way to withdraw from bookmaker is not free. fees per month just for having the card if you are using it or not. and your bank will probably charge for withdrawal fees. my bank has a $250 limit a day and a $2.50 charge per withdrawal. maybe i should change banks. easier to change books. i've been complaining about this for a while ever since they charged me $200 to close my account and send all funds to another book. this is because my check withdrawal had processor problems and was told they would start withdrawal over again after i called in 2 weeks to find out what happened. they did not contact me i had to call them. every book has problems most try to compensate for their being incapable to deliver on time. they just seemed not to care at all. i was told just make up your mind how you want the withdrawal. you know the fees there are no exceptions. they would not lower the $200 fee for the transfer at all or offer any compensation for any type of lower withdrawal fee.

Need to change banks not books, there's no limit with TD Bank. Whatever balance I have on my DC I can withdraw, & with no additional fees from TD Bank. It only costs $11 from the third party DC bank (7Capital), to withdraw $2,400.

5dimes-heritage-hollywoodsportsbook 1 free payout a month. completely free. can withdraw more than twice the amount at a time. real easy. and if i need to transfer it's free w/1x roll(no transfers at hollywood). my choice is to not play where you have to pay for payouts, all the time. plus the huge fee for transfers keeps me away from bookmaker. but i get it too. they pay. you don't think it's a hassle. you don't mind paying a small amount for payouts. but the lines are also better at most books. at least at the ones i mentioned. so why play there. is my attitude. but,to each his own.

I sympathize with you. I'm experiencing the same problems with them. They hold your money hostage with there silly withdrawal rules. Now they took away my bet points because I was apparently making too many bets lol. I'm done with them I'm going to transfer to other books. No way they should be rated for professions. No problems with 5 dimes and they are rated recreational!

Bookmaker/DSI are just 2 of my outs, where I get 2 free payouts/month. I also have 5Dimes, Heritage, & 18th hole in my arsenal for line shopping. There are times when Bookmaker will have the best line. 1 free DC withdraw per month from 5 Dimes, $2,500 max. Additional payouts would cost $40. 1 free cashiers check from Heritage per month, $3,000 max. Additional payouts costs $50. So paying $22 for 5k withdraw via Bookmaker/DSI is obviously not bad, compared to other books. My transfers between Bookmaker/DSI are free, just a 3x roll. At 18th Hole I enjoy 1 free payout per week. Wherever you decide to play, good luck.

This seems like a case of hitting and running and I don't mind when those who do that get nailed in some way. I sure hate when people do that at the poker tables.

your argument has zero basis; I rolled over what is required; 7500 x3 rollover is hardly hitting and running. Wiining money and asking for a withdrawal is not hitting and running my friend. 2 withdrawals before a transfer is lame, and $200 trasnfer fee is unheard of for 5000+, when heritage and 5dimes, do it for free no hassles. And I also have noticed my betpoints not adding up; they are barely adding points after $1000's risked daily.
