YOUWAGER pulled a fast scam on me- beware!

I called YouWager because I was looking for a fastpayout company on here and osga and that was listed as a quick one.
I called youwager and told them I wanted to play somewhere I can play and cash out fast. they said if i send them $200 or more i can get a 40% bonus with a 4.5 rollover. I will also get my fees paid for and added to my account.
I deposited $500. my rep andrew said that i should use the bonus money if i lose the 500. good idea. i expressed the importance of wanting to get my money fast if i win. they said no problem just rollover 4.5 or dont use it. they also promised me some bullshit entry into 2 poker tournaments thursday nights at 9pm. i thought that was cool.
I sent the money and then the lies came. They said I have to leave money in account for 30 days before a cash out and 7 days if i bet the $12 ** fee. I WENT OFF ON THEM. I yelled so much that they closed my account, will not give me my funds and took my poker entry away. i told them to send me my money back. they refused. I have been trying to get my money back ever since. they said i have to leave it in and play with it. THAT IS JUST DISGUSTING. My fault for playing with such low rent assholes. how can someone lie in today's economy when someone is sending you hard earned money. how do they expect you to comeback and play? So my $512, plus 2 entry fees were a big scam.
I contacted ** so they can begin the process of getting my funds back. I have to file a police report which is going to happen in the morning.

by the way, they promised me next day payouts.
why if there are 30 day waiting periods? makes zero sense! I can see a rollover on a bonus for sure, but come on!
you cant even give me my $12 fee without a 7 day waiting period, but you tell me if i send 200 or more you will pay my fees? why would anyone wait 7 days over a $12 fee? just crazy. just wanted to make that clear.

If you re-read their policy, the 30 holding period is only on your original $500 dollar deposit since you accepted the bonus. If you make $1,000 or $2,000 within 30 days, you can only cashout your winnings which would be $500 or $1,500 in profit. Once 30 days has passed, then you can clear out your entire balance.

This books is far from a scam, played their for two years, and they do pay promptly.

the police report is mandatory. I know its not going to do crap for me. but ** needs it to release info from the phillapeans investigation and results.

frostno98 you do not know what you were talking about and you were not on the phone when I called from my car. I was not on the website READING anything. I was in the car at the time. that is why I called to get their exact rules. I asked andrew a ton of times if their was any catch and he kept saying no. I wish I had the audio tape for you all to hear. But I know that youwager doesnt have the balls to stand by their scam and show everyone. Their main person is Brian and nate and they handled this like the garbage their book is. do not bet with them.

Yes officer, I was trying to fund my offshore sportsbetting account but that bastard defrauded me by not allowing me to withdrawal my winnings because I used a few louzy dollars of my bonus. I'd like to file a police report for him ripping me off. By the way, he is located in Central America. No sir, not central America like Iowa, but Central America, like Costa Rica. Can you interview the suspect in person, or would you like his phone number? Oh and yes I was using ** for gambling, so no problem there.

Please let me know the results of your investigation as soon as it is completed. I'd also like a mugshot of the guy after you arrest him, and extradite him back to the states.

BigWoolyMammoth don't bother with a police report. They won't help you. just be lucky youwager still admits they have your money... just play it and if you win more then what you have deposited then you can cash that out. or just go all in and be done with them......

nah, thats not what happens at all. the police department knows that I was ripped on an internet scam. thats all. no need to over think it. I have done it before when ripped off and my money was returned to me 6 weeks later. Its easy, anyone can do it! if you need to know how, please email me! do not be ripped off by these scumbags. sending ** IS safe.

FYI... ** can't do anything once money has been picked up... that's why scammers use them...

exactly right. ** contacts their pickup location in the phillapeans and handles it. This makes it very difficult for that pickup location to want to work with that book. Nobody wants to work with a theif.

dude my two cents is that you are wrong.. I have used YouWager in the past and a few other books.. and when i was in College the only book i used was YouWager...

You took a bonus and you accepted fee's any book here would probably make you wait 30 days.. if not 15 before you can ask for your funds..

Getting the police involved in this is just poor form.. You aren't going to find any support from us on this Forum for your actions...

ALL BOOKS have rules for bonuses.. if you don't know this.. then you HAVE NOT been gambling online for more then a month... Anyone here who is sharp and wants their money in and out of any book quickly , refuses any type of promotion , freeplay, poker entry, whatever bullshit they want to throw at you.. If you except it.. then you have opened a can of worms... even after your rollover.. some books have in their rules that they can confiscate the rollover funds and winnings if it is determined that you are bonus abusing.. There are several stories of even the mighty THE GREEK sportsbook doing this to members of SBR...

If you ever take a bonus the first thing you should do is use it.. not wait till you are out of real money... use the bonus money first.. either loose it.. or start rolling it over from day one...

If you were to withdraw all your funds now.. all you would have is your bonus $$$ .. you think any book wants you to take out all your real money and just leave them with your bonus money?? Now you can just go back to your account and take free shots at the book!!

just my two cents man.. but youwager is a good outfit in my opinion ... if you want to be as liquid as possible in your sport book accounts... JUST SAY NO TO BONUS!!!!
