Last night I made contact with them again and asked if Maria if Neteller payout page is up now .... She confirmed that it was fixed but said that neteller payouts will only be processed with 24 hours... she couldn’t explain why?
I have been trying to contact them 10 times today on the chat line but they are constantly rejecting my call.
after 20 attempts they evertually got on the chatline:
Monica says that she still cannot access the Neteller payout page... but no worry you are on our priority list we will pay you ASAP.

Pretty sure you're going to have to roll it over at matchbook. If I recall correctly, its four times (ie, bet $10k before you can withdraw) but I'm not sure of that.Originally Posted by His Royness

I know personally after getting shut off from Cris via transfer the last thing you want is to lose the only other available transfer option left. Matchbook transfer is within 3 hours automatic, but they (Matchbook) will watch your account, and I wouldn't risk withdrawing until all funds from this method are completed.
Also as you may know you are entitled to 2 total transfers per month. GL
Waiting for two MB withdrawals for more than two weeks now, tried Matchbook which was processed inside hours.
Weird part is a small neteller withdrawal of 500 bucks was processed in one day, trying a bigger one now...

I can't believe nothing has changed at WSEX after all this time. They're either paying withdrawals through deposits, or have made a business decision that they can take as long as they feel like to pay out, and don't need to improve. Neither is a particularly positive scenario for its players.

Hey guys, im new to the forum, and to online sportsbooks. glad i found this site, i requested a $250 dollar withdrawal from wsex by regular mail on janurary 8th, they told me it would be about 5 weeks, i waited 8 then contaced them, they told me that they had been having problems with their processeor and my cheque was overdue. nothing much has changed since i contacted them last, but am quite dissapointed....still nothing 11 weeks after the request, and to the best of my knowledge the cheque hasnt even been mailed yet
