Checks come out in batches. Notice the rash of received payouts at the same time every month or so. Payout requests by regular mail is going to take longer.
I presume you stopped playing there 18 months ago

Default Another payout

This one by Fed-Ex. Took 42 days. In all fairness, I got another payout (a later withdrawal request) a couple of weeks ago that was only 19 days.

Both around a dime.

Another one pending, same kind of amount, requested on 11/14. I'll be content to wait on this one for a while. The last 3 or 4 have taken a few e-mails or calls each so I may just sit on this one without complaining to see what happens, and let everyone know.

Haven't needed Josh's help yet.

I'm not concerned about payments coming "out of order". Doesn't matter to me, it's all $$$$ and looks just like a clerical issue.

Personally, I've been out of WSEX for several weeks, after I lost my last couple of thousand there, but a guy I know has been waiting 10 weeks (mid-September) for a Moneybookers payout.

I told him to start bugging them on Live Chat and phone, or else he would never be paid. He didn't believe me initially, but after 2 months of waiting, he decided to start bugging them a couple of weeks ago.

He said he's contacted them 7 or 8 times on Live Chat over the past 2 weeks, but just keeps getting the "problems with the withdrawals page" bullshit excuse.

------------------

The things that really piss me off with them aren't necessarily the slow pays, they are:

1. The lies and bullshit excuses that they are using ("withdrawal page problem", etc.).

2. The fact that they aren't paying people in the order that payouts were requested.

3. The fact that they won't pay you unless you keep hounding them. If you request a Moneybookers payout and don't follow it up with constant hounding, you will NEVER receive the payout.

I agree with all of that. If they're going to be slow, then that sucks and it looks bad on their business. But maybe the payout difficulties are out of their control to some extent.

What is in their control is the decision of slow and professional versus slow and weaselly. They have made a bad decision on that IMO.

There is only one reason for slow pays. The book does not have the cash. Overseas books often get hit with cash flow problems. For the most part, these guys are small, and can not afford to take a major hit. When they start giving you excuses, like the hundreds that you read in all of these posts, they are giving you just that. Excuses. The fact is that they do not have the cash on hand. These books have to cover their tracks, because they are afraid that the U.S. Government will basically put them out of business by forbiding wagering with them. So they have to pay out large sums of monies to various companies to pay out your winnings. They also have to give rediculous bonuses to get people to sign up with them. The whole industry is a filled with scams and ripoffs.

This site rates offshore books. I suggest that you stay with the top 2 or 3 books. I have not heard of a lot of problems with the Greek or their sister book, BetJam. Good luck guys.

Default more of the same

called them back and now they are claiming the processor said it was sent so they have to verify that i never cashed a check that was never sent. They have dropped the pretense that i was supposed to get a tracking number. It sounds like i have to wait till the processor gets back to them then i go back in the queue. The check was originally requested sep 21.
This seems to be following the sportsbook.com model, then they should start outright robbing their customers any day now

What method of payment did you request? I've received two checks via courier since late Sept. Transfers to Matchbook take maybe an hour.
