I requested a withdrawal of 2500$ to neteller on oct 12 ( as stated on page 9 in this thread ). The money arrived in my neteller account on oct 15. I have been on vacation, so havent seen it until now.

Received another 3k check today. These last three took about 4, 6, and 6 weeks, all without any follow up on my part. This last one came regular mail, even though I payed for courier.
got my check from aug 17th. Received all 5/5 checks since SBR got involved in Sept.Bigs props to Josh and the team.They dont seem to process moneybooker unless you follow up with them online or phone.Was told by CS that MB withdrawl will be processed with 48hrs.
just recieved a fedex check that i requested about 5 weeks ago. At least this time they sent it to me without having to ask for it.

Are they still charging 50 for each transfer . As I understand it, MB only will give you comm credits to cover the first one. Still true? I would like to be able to transfer between these 2 without fee. The way things have been this past year I would not want a large balance at WSEX. But I would be comfortable with up to maybe 1000 IF I could transfer about 500 or so out without fee if my balance got too large. I wonder how many players are like me and if it might be wise for them to reconsider their book-to-book fees. Does sbr member 'WSEX' post here anymore?
I will say that overall payouts are looking much better. It seems submitted complaints to SBR are getting resolved, and current withdrawals that aren't even going through SBR, are also getting paid. I wouldn't get too comfortable as money troubles can come back quickly, but it is an improvement.
I would like to get a comprehensive view of those still owed. If you have submitted a complaint and are still owed, let me know via PM or email. I am actually going to be travelling without Internet access for all of next week, so I want to make sure I have any outstanding issues present to WSEX before I go.

hhsilver to answer your question, the interbook transfers to Matchbook are $2,500 max and they can be done once every 7 days. The fee for this is $50 yes. Used to be free and then I think it was $25 for a bit but now $50. I have never had any problems doing an interbook transfer so paying the $50 fee if I can get the money out is no big deal to me.Once the money is in Matchbook you have to roll it over 4 times before you can withdraw it.
Got my payout today by courier. Waited 19 days. Waiting for 4 more.
So what's the general feeling of you guys? 4 weeks much better than 4 months, buy myself I won't wager via WSEX again until they pay rock-solid w/out delay every time...So much damage they've done to their reputation the past 2 years just may be to much to recover from
