About the July withdrawal request that i am still waiting on. Talked to the live support on saturday. Was told that they would make me priority and check should arrive this week. I asked what was taking so long and they said they dont have enough processors to request all the cashouts and thats why the checks are delayed. Said its hard to get another processor because Banks do not like working with sports books. We will see if i get the check this week.....
Got a check today for 3k. That leaves 3 checks from jun26,july 17, aug 17, and two moneybooker withdrawls.
Courier check for 3k arrived in 25 days.
Got check, wont be able to deposit till late this week or possibly on Monday. Assuming it clears it only took ~2 weeks to get it after I took some initiative. I'm still betting there for what its worth, but hopefully my next cashout can be handled in less than 4 months.Originally Posted by _Stat_
Update: Did not receive tracking info via email as promissed. I called today and received a check number and tracking number within minutes of call. However when I go check the site they gave me for tracking under the progress label it says "No Updated Tracking Information Available At This Time."
So I am not sure how much value this tracking info has.

It seems to be well known ONLY TO YOU, because I can't recalll anyone else (except you) posting about the top manager at WSEX leaving. I'm not saying it isn't true, but if it is true, it certainly wasn't common knowledge on the forums. There was talk of ownership changes/issues, but nothing about the top manager leaving.It is well know that WSEX man at the top left last year and since then all the trouble started.
Bullshit. I'm not a 10 year old, but I do have my MBA. It doesn't matter how good the top manager is, if the persons who control the purse strings (in other words, the owners/shareholders) don't properly fund the business, the business isn't going to function the way it should.In any event- it is always the man running the show who is responsible for what is hapepning... any 10 year old would understand that no one cannot run a business like that without paying customer on time... and whose resposibilty would it be if not the guy at the top?

I dont need to withdraw from wsex at this point but I just wanted to check if there is anything new under the sun... apparantly they still running an update on Neteller and cannot withdraw that way... after a year, still cannot get this one right.

Right now I am following six complaints. Over two dozen have been resolved, as they should have been given many waited multiple months for withdrawals.
Four of the issues are related to WSEX ewallets accounts (Moneybookers and Neteller) the other two are check issues. The oldest slow pay is from a July check request. This players had multiple checks requested from June forward and WSEX has finally paid out about half of them.
I am trying to stay up to date with all WSEX issues. If any player has put in a complaint to me directly or through the complaint form, but hasn't got a recent update from me, please PM or email me your account, amount, date of w/d, and method of w/d. I believe I am current on tracking all the complaints, but it never hurts to double check as WSEX seems to be acting on complaints as well as paying out better in general.

thanks for the updates josh. Still waiting on my neteller and moneybookers - despite some more encouraging signs from wsex of late, as you mention. I requested a check withdrawal a couple days ago. Ill let everyone know when it gets here...

asked for $2500 a week for 6 weeks-book to book-those went to match in minutes except for 1 that took a couple hours. also had a couple of checks coming that i finally got after JOSH got involved. now i am waiting on a check i asked for 9/7. should be here soon. i do think i will get it next week. stopped asking for transfers because of the roll. bad enough i have to pay wsex $50 for only $2500. even if i can roll it over easy i do not use match for withdrawls i should not have to roll 4 times the deposit and if that was not bad enough they are doing this retroactively.

got paid by moneybooker today for 2.5k . also i got a call from fedex today, checks coming in on monday. If the check is confirmed, that leaves 2 more checks, and 3 more moneybookers to go. i will try to do another moneybooker tomorrow since they have a 2.5k limit per day.
I requested another Neteller withdrawal for $2500 Sunday, I then emailed them Thursday since I had not gotten it yet and it was sent Friday. It seems my limits have been cut a little, max 1K on 2H but I only made one play all day so maybe just that game was limited.
Seems to me WSEX has all or almost all of it is payment problems worked out. I hope so, I love WSEX!
