Reading the thread, at best you will be getting small change here and there. Thats it, even if someone deposits and loses 100k - they wont pay you the 68k. Why? Because they seem to be doing fine for themselves by just paying you all small amounts, they will continue to do this even if they "win" big...
For a good poker player, you don't seem to be very smart, which I thought would go hand in hand.

But, you did. You left 68k in a book and you had little else to survive on. Thats okay man, shit happens to everyone. But you need to man up - stand up and continue with your life. Worse things happen to everyone everyday, this very day people will have been told they will have cancer, their child might die etc etc etc. Its just money, 68k really isnt that much and you can get over it and many people have gotten over worse.
I suggest working your ass off, maybe 18-20 hours a day - cash in hand whatever. Do it, you have no choice. And if they pay you, great if not - you have to think positive and dude stop complaining, be a man ffs.

Unfortunately if you are from US, it is illigal for you to place online bets. If you have placed bets, it means you have broken the law. If you have broken the law, that makes you an outlaw. I think(I do not know for sure) all the bookies that accept US players, only accept them so they can steal their money, knowing that they can't take any legal action since by betting online, they are braking the law.Anybody else owed money by this place call me at 937 732 8882 and I will organize us and we will then review all options as to what we do about this legally.

Hypothetical... if one is from US and wants to gamble online, he should find or make a realy good friend in a country that alows online betting and ask him to play for him at Pinny

It is possible that I am wrong, but this is how The Interstate Wire Act(Federal Law) of 1961 begins:
- Whoever being engaged in the business of betting or wagering knowingly uses a wire communication facility for the transmission in interstate or foreign commerce of bets or wagers or information assisting in the placing of bets or wagers on any sporting event or contest, or for the transmission of a wire communication which entitles the recipient to receive money or credit as a result of bets or wagers, or for information assisting in the placing of bets or wagers, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
I belive that "Whoever being engaged in the business of betting or wagering" also reffers to those who place bets, not only for those who take bets.

English is not my primary language, therefor I might draw wrong conclusions...
The Act dose not specify that it only reffers to those "owning" or "running" a business of betting. It reffers to "whoever being engaged in the business". I do belive(I might be wrong), that a "client" of a "business" is a person "engaged" in the given business.
I ask you... by placing a bet, are you or not in the position of being "engaged" with the business of betting?
I have read around the internet about court decisions and I have found that some courts share your view(that the Act only reffers to persons accepting bets), but some courts ruled that the Act applies to both parties involved in the business of betting.

It's like a different way than I usually withdrawal of 5%.I was using Wsex as a sportsbook for several years and had built up around 10K when I came across this thread. I hadn't been taking money out for years. I attempted several cash outs with no success.

There was an office manager by the name of Maria there she was paying people a little bit at a time and the owners got mad at her and let her go noe they are not paying anyone no mater were you life was told the are getting back on stable ground and will start paying in apr 2013. This is my money.. rightfully won and deserve the money.. spent thousands of hours to earn it too playing poker and deserve the money.
Wsex.com raked the games I was in and made thousands from me playing there.. I hope they at least appreciate it.
