I talked to a lawyer in Canada about this situation. Who wants to group together and potentially hire a lawyer in Antigua. Is there anything legally we can really do? I read a Calvin Aywire article about Wsex and Jay Cohen and they said that Antigua had strong laws to protect players. http://calvinayre.com/2010/04/25/bus...-of-jay-cohen/

Directorate of Offshore Gaming suspended WSEX license a long time ago, and posted notice. They also don't do jack - Calvin's long shilled for the gambling commissions he's involved with. IIRC, he even put some ratings guide on his site of safest jurisdictions and listed the ones that license his companies on top and rated the rest lower. He missed perhaps the best in the process.

The Poker tables were fair.. I play alot of heads up as u always have to worry about people colluding against u / the risk of being a pro poker table. The poker tables at Wsex.com were compatible with Pokertracker which could easily show any "cheating" or unfair cards being dealt out. The poker tables at Wsex.com were fair. I wish they would open the poker room up again so I could at least play some with my 68k i'm owed currently.

What do you guys think that article by CalvinAywire.com meant when they said if Wsex tried to close shop and screw the players that Antigua have strong laws to protect us???????????????
