No one ever fukin responds in there, tried several times over the week but never got a hold of an agent.

Our Customer Service and Account Management departments are open through 9am to 10:45pm EST, from Monday to Saturday on Sundays our schedule will be 9am to 10pm EST time
i have used live chat probably a few 100 times and never once was someone not in the chat.. so not sure if u went at 3 am or ?

Just pick up the damn phone! I never use the chat feature at books, I just give them a call. But then again, I still phone in some of my wagers daily as well depending on where I am at the time
Books record all phone calls..if you use chat then you also get to keep a copy of the conversation. Especially helpful when discussing bonus terms.Originally Posted by playersonly69

I have tried in their normal hours but usually get the busy message
I've never had a problem using chat or the phone during normal hours.
