Bet 365 account cleared out
I Go to my bet 365 (Can) account and the balance reads $0.00 . I have not made any bets or withdrawals to put the account to this balance. I should have $300 give or take $50 (small but something).
I have e-mailed Bet365, but am wondering what the best methods of getting this resolved? (first time with this issue). I am limited to mobile Internet access until I am finished work.

Did you review your transactions to see what happened to the money?
Definitely follow Justin7's advice. Also, as a matter of curiosity, are you fully verified by 365/PVC code included?
On the withdrawal history it has my last withdrawal from February . The settled bets it has my last bets from 9/20, which won. The unsettled bets has nothing outstanding. I will give a look with my laptop on the full site when I get home see if their is any different info.

Pint, perhaps this a dumb question but did you look at the cashier from the account section where lists balances by product. Are you sure the money's not sitting in Bingo, Casino or Poker account? if you only have access to the mobile site for now, you can still check the latest transactions to see what happened. Maybe you accidentally requested a withdrawal (possible for mobile) which is now pending and that's why the balance appears to be 0. check out latest transactions or potential pending withdrawals, they are all available to check on their mobile site.

Have checked Previous transactions. Nothing regarding a withdrawal

Turns out I was betting with my bonus balance and didn't meet the requirement to keep the bonus "the bonus amount in your case the rollover was $1200. You had staked $1,102.71 towards this amount before it expired".
I was fortunate to have the bonus balance credited to my account. Damn Pinny and all their low odds had me using their site all the time.
