I'm confused why people choice + handicaps, why not just go - handicap on the opposite side?
You take the plus when you don't think the other side will cover the minus. Personally in soccer unless barca/city/Madrid/Liverpool/bayern or any other giant are playing giving a side a +1 can mean A LOT.I'm
