Apparently you don't know these things. Konk, pavy and benny aren't terrible players either...just goes to show that people can use strategies based on a basic understanding of probability without understanding it, and while having irrational beliefs that contradict it

The best players here don't whine about it being rigged, which is not a coincidence....and not because they're "plants" on a mission to protect SBR's points either

TripleD, you're the biggest dummy in this thread. Spending one second on people hell-bent on screaming "RIGGED! RIGGED! RIGGED!" is one second too many.

There are those that understand variance, and those that believe the world is flat.

Who the hell are you? I know you're not one of the best players here. There's only a couple of people I respect here in poker, and you for sure are not one of them. Show me any, IF ANY live poker cashes you have to your name. I seriously doubt you have any, so I wouldn't even give credence to one word you say about poker.

Apparently you don't understand how poker works. Show me proof you even know anything about poker. I never even heard of you pal. I really didn't ask for your useless opinion either. If you were somebody who knew how to play poker or anything about it, I'd listen to you. Just because you playing daily tournaments like me and everyone else here doesn't mean you truly know the dynamics and probabilities of poker.

There is probably only one or two people I see here play daily that would even stand a chance at the WSOP or WPT or any of the big live tournaments. It's few and far between, other than that, it's like trying to talk to a 5th grader when you try and talk poker here with somebody. It's not even funny how dumb, obnoxious and foolish 90% of the people are here when it comes to talking poker. I'd get more talking to a brick wall. So, this will be the last post I make in this thread. GL to all.

Quite possibly true sir, but I'm a sucker for chatting with brick walls...especially on this subject, seems like I've had this conversation so many times I could do it in my sleep

Riiiiiight...so because you only respect players based on ther history in one tiny aspect of the game (ability to cash in WSOP events), and because you don't know anything about me, obviously I must be wrong I've won quite a bit more here than you have, but I'm not judging your comments or ability by that; I'm judging them because they're lacking any facts.

You claim to be a decent poker player (and judging by what I've seen out of you in the past, you probably are; you're not terrible, just not on the level of some of the better players here), but being able to approximate odds for a draw doesn't mean you understand anythign deeper about probability. Even so, you should at least be capable of understanding how these things work. If you take the time to do a little homework, maybe you'd realize how foolish you sound when you say things like "I've cashed in a couple of MTTs so I can feel when a game is rigged based off of a few hundred hands"

After you've figured that one out, maybe you can revisit the concept of who stands a chance at a tiny buyin WSOP/WPT event, or how MTTs work in general. Here are some hints: variance is huge, number of cashes is damn near meaningless in a sample size of 4 events a year, and any mediocre poker player has a pretty good chance in any MTT compared to any other player.

Sorry to be a little harsh on you...maybe you're just one of those guys that doesn't care for online poker and never explored what a proper sample size should be to make statistically justifiable claims? Whether you do some learning and figure out why you're wrong here or you take the more popular route (sticking your head in the sand and repeating the same lines), good luck to ya

nah, just on fire in casino...been messing around there while multitasking and it's been good to me lately. Sports not so much...haven't had as much time to look into football as much as I'm used to, so just pickin em randomly for BTP and betting a few games on a whim.

No worries, if I can make some time at the tables I'll spread the wealth
