i finally agree with you on something...
If you bet a game before the line moves, you are not " betting steam ". You have just beat the steam. What the books don't like is when the arbist sees a line movement begin, and gets a bet down on a good number before it goes downhill --- leaving the book with little to no juice, or even a guaranteed loss on the arbist's bets.steam has to be bet before the line moves. dont bet it after the line moves it then is no longer valuable.
