If employers are mandating who you can hire by race, doesn't that not actually violate the actual policy to hiring in America? You aren't allowed to know the race or religion of someone. It is also illegal to retaliate against a person because he or she complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit.

People who are on the bandwagon with this are the same idiots who applaud confiscatory tax policies, the IRS warrantless surveillance and increased law enforcement presence or monopoly of force legislation...why, because it "doesn't effect THEM".

I said I wasn’t on board with this but can see a blacks coaches complaint seeing coaches like Mike McCarthy having a job. I also lived thru the rich Kotite era in Philly. These coaches shouldn’t be anywhere near an NFL stadium
