I encourage that exposure. I live in a VERY NICE home that I kept up well. Retrofitted and all for earthquakes. Two rental units in back legal and all. Both back rentals rent for $2500 each. Singles but really NICE.. Both empty now as I'm getting ready to sell..
That's my deal.. BIG life change coming up for JIBS soon and I welcome it..

The curfew was suppose to start last night at 10pm. I was in OC last night and looked like a normal night. A lot of cars out and I even saw 100 to 150 Trump supporters holding up signs and flags on Huntington Park PCH at around 10:30. I think they were protesting against the curfew. Cops didn't tell them to go home.
