Baseball has become a regional sport. Local ratings are high and local TV contracts are lucrative. Meanwhile, national TV ratings are very poor. This is due to the fact that most baseball fans follow their home team very closely. If you have a baseball team that you support, the drama of the season is the backdrop for your summer. If you look at it from the outside in, it just seems like an infinite number of games that all look the same.

Soccer is the greatest sport in the world.
Baseball is boring and only remotely exciting in playoffs, when the series is tied, and the game is tied in the 9th inning, and you have money on the game.
I love watching pitchers getting outta jams. Cause it's either going to end amazingly or horribly
any sport that ends in a draw on a regular basis is well...
Draws in soccer aren't the greatest, but it's certainly a more fair practice than say the NFL overtime from years past or hockey shootouts (although those are exciting).
One thing soccer does better than any other sport/league is the promotion/relegation format. This makes 95% of the regular season matchups important for EVERY team. Certainly can't be said about MLB or NBA where teams often tank or just sell off all their decent players in hopes of a better opportunity in the following seasons.
The Aggregate scoring is dumb as penetrate....I mean come on......AWAY GOALS lol who cares if you lose a game 3-0 or 2-1....oh they do...its very very important...so a team down 1-0 vs a good team...is better stacking D away-instead of trying to win that game---then take their chance at home....so you get to watch a team load the box using weak counter attempts and booting the ball...how exciting...
Going into a new game with an essential 2-0 lead is just dumb....it changes everything and takes away from the game in its true form....IMO
