I have given Manning the benefit of the doubt and defended him even though he has come up short in the post-season so many times but that ship is about to sail.
He is about to be 1-2 as a favorite in Super Bowls with that win against Rex Grossman.
He has had numerous other post-season failures too.
To be an all-time great you need to win when it matters, not rack up stats against bad defenses.
He is pretty much playing like you said he would.
