Only thing I can figure is Carolina has dropped 3 straight and the Isles look to be playing with some fire. However, the Islanders are 2-6 at home this season, 1-3 on weekend home games. The Islanders rank 29th in home attendance ahead of only the Phoenix Coyotes. So it's not exactly an intimidating atmosphere. I've been burned fading the Isles at home. All the numbers I have seen are saying more people are on the Hurricanes, but the line keeps dropping on the Isles. I would say it's Islanders or nothing.
