He was a play maker, better than most other safetys around the league and played a pretty big role on colts defense. I dont think anyone put him above Reed or Troy. He's not even close to the player Troy P. is but they talked about him that much or more because the Colts defense wasn't that good and he had SOME talent but not nearly as much as they talked about.
