EDITED BY SHARI: We're experiencing a points issue. IT is aware and is currently working on rectifying the situation.

It is affecting log in points, trivia pts, the casino and pts involved in transfers. My advice is to just sit back and hold onto your points for the time being until someone announces that the issue has been fixed. I've merged the two big threads into one to make it easier for Admin to see your posts.

My points history shows I received (+12) points, instead of the +12 points received so far ... () mean something?

All you have to do is log in to get your 12. First post doesn't get you anything anymore.

yes same here, I completed trivia and those points are also not showing. In the my points log, they are listed in brackets, but are not counted in the points balance. Very strange

I'm missing 62. They show up in my history but I didn't get credit. My balance still stayed at 1.

I played trivia answered 2 questions right ,cashed out . Got congratulation dude and ty for plying trivia .
50 points has never been credited to my account

Click on the "Live Help" tab in red just atop of the search feature on the right...They should be able to assist you...
Edit: No hands on deck atm...

Same with me. Transferred 63 points to poker and now they disappeared into the abyss.

I pm'd Shari but apparently she's too busy looking at herself in the mirror or whatever else she does on her mod shift.
