I was training this kid on how to become a better basketball player this morning. he's 15 and says he wants to make varsity. I told him to meet me at the gym before school every day 5am. the kid showed up so I knew he was serious about the grind. but he has one problem: he's doing it for glamour and not for the love of the game. guess what, you can't ever get through to a kid like that. I know because I was the same way. don't ever start walking towards the flashing lights. mask on always. batman lives forever. more fundamentals. less spice. more hustle. less glory. MORE SCOTTIE. I don't have the answers to those questions. Im just here sharing information. people can do with it as they please. the principle behind the story is to respect your passion. Batman leaves his mask on for a reason. Mike is Mike for a reason.

picked up my first side. that is too good of a number for what I believe is the more talented team playing at home. was looking like a weird week but some some numbers are starting to shift. there is some potential on the board now.

Many great players are egomaniacs. If Rodman was sane could he have been a valuable player? Is the end worth the means?

Not fair to put everybody in that bucket but for a kid - it is all about playing a lot and learning how to win - what you need to do to win - what is the next step?

Wentz targeted his tight ends a total of 17 times. they only reeled in 9 of those for receptions. I knew they were run a lot of heavy sets with both tight ends (Ertz & Goedert) but I underestimated just how involved Goedert would be. first player prop loss this season.
