Steelers v. Bengals 'Over' 39.5-40.

-Ben R. responds well after a loss, I expect much more than 9 pts this week..
-Steelers play well against the Bengals
-A.J. Green is going to go Ape-shit on Ike Taylor

After last weeks dismal offensive performance - Pittsburg is going to present more wide package plays, play-action i.e. air-it out. Bengals have the offensive weapons to match. MNF center stage, if this game was in the "Steel City" I might lean larger to the 'under' but in Cincinnati the total has gone 'Over' 41 in all previous matchups.

At 40 you're getting a at least a point of value in my opinion. I'll take that any day.

Small write-up, just giving my approach.

That's about the worst second half I would have expected from the Steelers, some key penalties on 1st down plays. Steelers offense is offensive.
