A week goes by before they tell me call in. I do talk to a Tony and told him exactly what I wrote here he comes bk 20 mins later to say I banned myself I’m 2017. Which is bullshit. I wouldn’t post this long ass message to u if I did. Come to find out my ex wife was around when my bro law was using my computer and emailed them mofos at Bovada telling them she was me. I called bovada back to tell them that and that she wud attest to that in a signed affidavit with lawyer or notary signature and they said they wud hey bk me. Wtf ? I understand the seriousness of self banning and them not wanting to think this is true but god as my witness it’s true I’m wondering shud I bother to fill out a complaint form? What’s their usual time line to make decision. I like the site And miss playing any advice or experience in there making individual situation decisions on each person or do they blanket disable and deflate those who have one little win stresk

I believed that before you signed up with Bovada you were aware and agreed with the Company's Policy. For now, just fill out this complaint form https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/ and we need to patiently wait for their response since this case will be in a thorough investigation and processes.

yes sir I will do that now and explain in the complaint more details but I have been in comminication about 2-3 times phone and plenty more email very professional and courteous from them and myself just havent gotten anywhere yet hopefully this wll help i dont wanna piss um off but i dont want them walking om me you are correct i did not read every little detail when i signed up
