How do I do this charitable donation of 100. I tried loading the pro stuff, but it stops at point 2 and does not go any further. It just keeps saying loading available offers and that's as far as I can get.

i had over 3000 pts before I became a pro but now I have less than 2000. I read my pts would reset to 3000 after turning pro.
