I know Im sick. Im sure Ill pay him over time, but full amount? Naw, wont happen. He knows my situation and should have cut me off. You cant squeeze blood from a rock. Ive paid off about 25%. I might give him another 25% down the road. Im sick, your right...and I took shots. I just want this out of my head, im quickly realizing that just about every person on this site is miserable...and I fall right in that category

No wagers placed on Sunday, March 23rd.

Pretty excited about it, as it crossed my mind many times. Had a great day with my wife......played some basketball, went for a run, nice dinner, good conversation! Watched the UK game, and was so excited for her, as she's one of the biggest fans! Even slept 9 hours yesterday. Day by Day!

Great job and keep up the good work. First I thought it might be better if you left the site. Now I really think its doing you some good to talk it out and see some of the post from others in your situation.

Keep up the good work the best is yet to come!!!!!!

Yeah I'm not saying talking it out is bad. But you are doing it in a gambling forum. GA should start having meetings in casino floors. You can talk it all out in GA or a therapist. Like I said you are sick like all of us. But you
Willing to loose all your money gambling. Only when you are broke you stop. He'll you are Still gambling after you said you hit rock bottom. You lost four months salary and yet you deposit another 100. Sure $100 is not a staggering amount but for someone who said they hit rock bottom then a week later gambles again? Your a herion addict who od last week then now say I'll just do a small amount.

I been there where you are. I used to wager a weeks pay on two hours. I learned to manage my bankroll. If you can't stick to it then you are doomed. Eventually your wife will find out. Might end up loosing her. If you are serious about stopping then say your peace here and start living your new life.

Good job, Reg!!! You went six days before, I know you can do it again. You're on day 2, that's a third of the way already. Lots of good advice on this thread, as well as a lot of darkly familiar memories as well. Like any vice, it can consume you wholly. I agree the best thing for you,IMO, is to quit reading the other posters and following sports on a day-to-day basis. If you don't you'll see how some teams are getting hot or cold, or some capper is on fire, and it gets the "high" going again. I am looking forward to the end of this tourney myself, I'm wasting way too much time on this bullshit instead of being more productive with my art work. It's nice to see so many other gamblers willing to offer whatever help they can.Good luck, Man!

Great to hear that reg, day one is all you can do to start. Considering it was this weekend, a very tough time for compulsive gamblers, you did great. Congratulations. As far as coming to this thread, people here understand you and that's important. So I understand your need to come to this thread but stay the hell out of the rest of this forum. Double your progress and make today day 2 . Can't get to your goal, 30 days, without day 2 bro.

Good luck

Guys like THam12 are losing big to or in his case he is not betting money because he is just a kid. I went and looked at his post claims he is way up but had picks like Clemson, Oklahoma, Ohio, SMU and so on and so on!!!!!! I asked for his winning ticket but of course no reply. He did post what seems to be a winning ticket but looks like it was edited like some of his past post in old thread. Trick to make him look way up!!! Very well said, the key is money management and not chasing and not betting over your head. me and 4 skin agree on this.

Guy you need help and I would not bet again ever if I were you. Money management is not in your cards and you should stick to working and taking care of your family. I will say a prayer for you this morning. Remember the best is yet to come!!!!!!!

Hey Regular these are the type of stories where I can't help but try to help even if you may not be interested in it. I am a low volume profitable player and I think you should start following ONLY my plays or at the least mix my plays in with ones you would make anyways and help make a few extra units. My thread is in the NCAAB forum and so far overall on all sports I am +2.24 units on the season. Also baseball is coming up and is my best sport.

Anyway just a thought I am just trying to help in some little way over the internet lol. And no matter what just keep your head up and Remember what is really important in life and the amount of money in your wallet doesn't count for anything in the end.

P.S feel free to ask advice on your plays too before you make them. Me and the people in my thread will for sure help you avoid some of the more obvious low value plays you are making currently.
