I honestly hate watching the Kings because the team can play so lazy.
I know I shouldn't bring emotions to system playing but I dont regret betting lightly on them this series.

That's what I love about the 1-7-5 system. Morrison's traditional system, the safer one where you have series' filtered out and you buy points, filtered out the New Orleans series and saved those following it from a loss. However, it's still down 26 units while the 1-7-5 system is up 31 units. It doesn't always pay to play it safe.
It comes down to the simple fact that Morrison only cares about what the record looks like and not what the actual cash won is. The rules of his system are to help keep the record clean and nothing else, whereas the method Wallco and myself came up with is actually focused on making money!

We will ALWAYS play the M/L on favorites and the point spread (-110) on dogs. The team underlined and highlighted blue is the play. There is no point buying in this system, with one exception, if your team is the favorite, and buying down to a (-½) point spread is cheaper than playing the M/L, then by all means, buy the points, otherwise, M/L on all favorites and point spread on dogs. All results will be based on this principle. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the dog team, and who is the favorite on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines. I will try to update my post as often as I can throughout the day if the lines do change. However, it is the individual bettor’s responsibility to get the appropriate line if it differs from the line in my post.
System rules and backtest can be found in posts #44 & #45.
Note: The lines I have listed were the current lines at the time of my post and may not reflect the final lines used to determine wins & losses.

Sacramento & New Orleans can also be seen as (D) bets for Morrison...dont have the data for this but the percentages are usually high to cover after C loss
I agree. I just wouldn't be surprised to see 2 easy ones. btw-sac is playing Orlando
For me, the best way to recover from a V1 loss (Sacramento in this case) is to target 5 units per team in the 5 following V1 series. It has to be V1 only. There might be the occasional C Bet, but it has always worked for me.
Up until this year (from memory) I'd tend to agree with Kev. I'd figured out that to JM, V1 was the original 'real' successful system and V2 and 3 were merely add-ons that he came up with to sell to all the mugs and give more cash to his new friends, the bookies. The problem is that this year, 2 out of 5 of the systems (1-7/5) series losses have been V1. I sincerely hope this is just a blip as, for the reasons above, I've been staking higher on V1 than on the others. Anyway, as before, keep the faith.
This, booble, is an experience that the vast majority of posters/readers on this thread will be all too familiar with. That is the reason why this thread exists. Some good people have taken Morrison's work, modified it, improved it, shown how it's done and don't spread lies and false hope. Just take a deep breath and keep reading. Most of the answers to most of your questions will be in here somewhere.
Actually, I thought that since New Orleans' series ended before Sacramento's series, that would mean postpone Sacramento, but kudos to those who didn't.
