Did you read about Dan asking for priority #1 driver status from now on? http://www.grandprix.com/ns/ns28878.html

JA did another article about RBR using Vettel as a pawn for Dan's strategy at Monza too that was worth a read. http://www.jamesallenonf1.com/2014/0...ardo-in-italy/

Are we betting on Dan in Sinapore?

Are you going to the race?
I dont think this Ferrari news bodes well for their short term success. Over reaction by the Ferrari board and I agree with Luca anyway, they should keep Ferrari as exclusive as possible. Making more cars will only dilute the brand.

Not going to singapore race this weekend, but def thinking about betting on Dan. Books are onto him now though, might try another outsider...

Live timing here worlds at least: http://livetiming.alkamelsystems.com/fiaformulae/
You think they would be more prepared.

I just realised Fox Sports is showing the race live I hope they do this for the whole season. Thanks for timing link mate.

Apparently most TV broadcasters (and they have a lot around the world) are not taking practice or quali.

Apart from a couple of Indian TV channels which have FP2 and Quali. Going to try to find a stream of that for FP2 at 12:30 our time.

Im surprised they managed to get so many networks for a new series. A1 started out strong I thought but they didn't have a fraction of the coverage and interest this seems to be getting. Although I'm guessing they must have given the rights away to do it.

if you visit the website check out the broadcasters page.

I kind of like the driver lineup too.

Lots of didnt-quite-make-it types but I like a lot of them.

The cars look good. The circuits they have lined up sound 'interesting'.

And races all through the off season!

I'm ready to give it a go.

Yeah it was a bone head move. Heidfeld lucky he wasnt hurt there.

Glad you said you liked it. I'll give it more of a chance.

But, the lack of noise and the look of real speed left me a bit flat honestly.

I still can't help thinking the F1 cars sound rubbish too even after this many races.

I think on a superficial level the sound just really matters to me. Higher revs higher excitement. I want the 21,000 RPM engines.

Yeah. I think I'm sad about it really. Not sure.

It will be interesting to see how he goes against the current drivers I guess.

Is Penske taking over DJR?
