I've seen some strange things happen with pitchers trying to walk a batter.
An intentional walk should never be a guarantee, in my opinion...
For some reason certain pitchers have a hard time doing this. Jennry Mejia had a few that were very shaky.The one I really disagree with is the "No-Pitch Intentional Walk"
