LOL…don't think I haven't done that before when I couldn't handle the near miss KO's or subs that almost get there. 25 minutes seem like an eternity.

On the other side, fighters tend to fight differently when they know they may have to fight for five rounds.

You mean 5? Hendricks probably has the cardio to go 2.5-3 hard rounds, considering he's been training hard for this fight and that GSP's pace isn't very high, but if he can't get the finish in the first round, it's very, very unlikely that he gets it past that. GSP's advantage will become more pronounced as he adjusts, mentally and physically, throughout the fight.

Not doubting GSP's cardio. But I'm not sure if it is as good as it was vs. Penn, ALves, Fitch. Vs. Diaz he looked tired towards the end. His shots looked much less explosive and he was stuffed by Nicolas Diaz a few times rather easy. GSP still holds the cardio advantage here, but not sure he has the cardio he used too.

He definitely gassed against Diaz, but that was apparently due to "injury". I personally think that he's declining, but I suppose we'll find out soon.

I can't wait for this fight to hit the mat…gotta think GSP will shoot and you know Hendricks will sprawl…love two great wrestlers/grapplers laying it out.

I bet Hendricks because I got +240 and hedged GSP/DEC because I tail MD. I don't see Hendricks DEC or GSP by sub or KO so if I am right I win and if not….well, it won't be my first loss.

gl all…thanks MD

Lost this thread play, and lost on Beltran. Oh well, hopefully I recoup the loss tomorrow.
Curse YOU MD! You being such a good sport about losing has taken all the wind out of my sails! It would appear that you have undergone some type of emotional growth transformation. Oh well. I suppose I will wish you good luck on all of your endevours tomorrow. I am going to bed now. However, I shall return again to stir the pot tomorrow!

He was off in that fight for some reason, I think the physiological drama kind of got to him, like in some of his other fights, post Serra. He could be declining though, but I dont think he loses this fight. Hes a master of range and timing, which is what he will need against Hendricks.

Firas Zahabi said he had the beginning of a fever.

Hopefully you'll go through this emotional transformation and actually come to terms with going zero to dozen on a few accounts...
