You are not getting bumps while also taking out side loans. End of story.
If you want bumps, you must have had good recent payback and you must not have other outstanding loans.
I guess you forgot that I consolidated your debt in the first place because you got yourself in huge trouble by continuing to borrow from multiple people.
The idea behind consolidating it was so you would owe one person. How about sticking to that?
