The effort is so tiny as to be insignificant, especially considering all the donations begged for and received. CS4 doesn't pay his debt unless he's got a sucker lined up willing to give him more points than he pays, overall debt only increases. Can't think of anyone who is worse in that regard. Shrug...you have a point I suppose. Differentiating between ridiculous slow pays might seem like splitting hairs when payback is trivial, but there's something to be said for intent too.
