If you are fluent in Spanish-Chile or Spain...these countries that where run by Fascists up until the late 70's are great

They just had an interesting article on Yahoo yesterday talking about places that are inexpensive to live like Nicaragua, Panama, and Thailand. Some great places that put the US and high prices to shame
